ATLED Enterprises was originally formed in 1985 to provide professional residential appraisal services in Washington State.
Kelly Kelsoe joined the company in 1992 as a full-time residential real estate appraiser and worked alongside the original founder for more than three decades. In 2023, Kelly purchased ATLED Enterprises when the founder retired, ensuring continuity of leadership, expertise, and professional standards.
Today, ATLED Enterprises continues its original mission, delivering reliable residential appraisal services grounded in experience, data-driven analysis, and professional integrity.

About the Appraiser
Outside of professional work, Kelly values time with family and enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking and disc golf. He also has a long-standing interest in motorsports, including attending and participating in drag racing events and car shows. Traveling, particularly along the Oregon coast, provides balance and perspective outside of work.
