Kelly Kelsoe has been with Alted Enterprises since 1992 and currently the appraisal department manager. Kelly has been a Washington State Certified appraiser since 1995. He is on the VA appraisal panel as well as being FHA approved. He has appeared on radio programs and have served as a guest instructor for several local real estate offices. Kelly Kelsoe is experienced in the appraisal of existing single family homes, new construction homes, manufactured homes, multi-family units and condominiums.
