I have been a full-time real estate appraiser since 1992, bringing more than three decades of experience in residential valuation. I am a Washington State Certified Residential Appraiser and take pride in providing reliable analysis, well-supported conclusions, and a high level of customer service on every assignment. My work is grounded in sound data analysis, strict adherence to USPAP standards, and clear, credible reporting.

On a personal level, I value time with family and enjoy traveling, especially along the Oregon coast. I also enjoy spending time with my granddaughter, hiking, playing disc golf, and being outdoors. In addition, I enjoy attending and participating in drag racing, as well as attending car shows. At home, I spend time with my wife and our two Maltese dogs, who help keep life active and balanced.
