Kelly was very professional and competent while presenting himself in a very personable manner. With all of this being said he produced an appraisal that is accurate an demonstrates that he is very experienced and knowledgeable in what he does. I was lucky to have found him. I would recommend him to everyone!

I highly recommend Kelly at Atled for your appraisal needs!!! Our house is in a challenging area to find comparables. However, Kelly took the extra steps to deliver a competent and accurate appraisal. Great communication and work was completed in a timely manner.
